The Art Hotel is situated in the highly desirable Oniru Chieftaincy Family Estate, Victoria Island Lagos. It will be a trendy, luxury 46-room boutique art hotel offering visitors a unique experience with awe inspiring themes and superior service. Each floor will offer distinctive features, different themes and color schemes. In keeping with Dreamspaces Development's style, key elements that should be explored in the design are:
